When I first watched this movie, I was absolutely excited that I was going to watch my first ever vampire movie. Of course with me, I hadn't seen the trailer, so I had no idea it was going to be like this!
It begins in Arizona, Bella is sad to be leaving her home and is now moving to the place where she hasn't been in ages. When she first goes to school, the movie explains that everyone is attracted to Bella. All except for the not so hot, Edward Cullen. He has no way to explain why he is covering his mouth at the sight of her, except for that she is so special that her blood smells the best. I know that there wouldn't be much way to explain this but I'm sure there was at least one other way then, your blood is the best smelling out of all these humans. Then somehow, Bella intelligently found out that he was a vampire, with a few hints from Jacob Black. Suddenly the vampire and Bella are in love and that lasts for no more that two seconds until she is endanger. A vampire is hunting her for her best smelling blood, until well he loses the battle. I won't say too much but then they end up at prom. Bella looks beautiful and Edward looks normal and they gracefully dance, if you don't count the awful looking cast on Bella's foot. She explains that she wants to be a vampire this opens up a beginning to all the other movies. All together, I think this movie is a well put together, action filled, romance movie. I would recommend it to the ages 9-40.
